Newsletter: when you subscribe we collect your email address.

Automatically: to keep the site secure and prevent spam we process limited technical data such as your IP address and basic request information via our hosting and anti-bot provider.

To respond to your inquiries and arrange appointments or consultations.

To send you our newsletter — only if you subscribed — about new openings, drops and studio events. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse.

We only process your data for the purposes described above: to reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for (with your consent), and to keep the site secure. We don't use it for unrelated purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site: Resend (email delivery and newsletter management), Cloudflare (website hosting and bot protection), and Google Maps (the embedded map on our contact page). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your theme and language preferences are stored locally in your browser. Our anti-bot provider may set functional tokens needed to verify form submissions.

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to assist you and for our records. We keep newsletter subscribers until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children online. Minors are welcome for routine services such as haircuts and styling. For treatments that carry higher risk — such as color and chemical services, peels, microneedling and our Biohack consultations — clients under 18 must have the consent of, or be accompanied by, a parent or guardian.
